Context

Shared rent is a common reality for students and young professionals, but finding “your” roommate is still almost impossible.

Most services stop at price and location. We wanted to account for real compatibility triggers: daily rhythm, communication boundaries, temperament, and even how tidy someone is.

I worked with Vitaly Gachkovsky as a creative pair — from idea to first prototype and user tests. We also worked on front and back for an MVP version of the product.

Validated the product hypothesis — positive feedback and confirmation that non-standard filters matter
Confirmed potential demand — hallway tests showed people felt they needed a service like this
